fiddlehead no.4

This piece is a fun swirl of fern fiddle head, graced with seven little pink, orange and yellow butterflies. It was created in gorgeous art glass, fern green and iridescent with bright springy complementary colors for the resting butterflies.  I am excited to introduce a new method of display with this piece. It sits in a handmade steel frame in a rustic piece of wood. This opens up so many opportunities for display other than hanging in a window. It can be set on a shelf or mantel or windowsill and surrounded with all of your oddities and treasures.

The freeform stained glass fern piece measures 11" x 11".  The total height including the stand is 19".
